We know everyone is different and the way they like to pay their bills is too. So we’ve created a range of different payment options to choose from. Whether you like to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly or avoid your quarterly bill all together, we have a solution for you!
Have you heard of our EasyPay option? Customers wanting to smooth out their bills into regular payment amounts love it!
If you don't want to think about it, you can set up a direct debit with us and we will pay your bill straight from your chosen bank account.
PLUS: when a bill is paid in full by direct debit from your bank account by the due date, you will get a discount of 5.5 cents a day (incl. GST)!

Simply grab your VISA or Mastercard credit card details and your Account Number (it's in the blue panel on the right hand side of your bill) and you can pay your bill with a credit card.
With the convenience of BPAY you can pay your bill anytime of the day or night 7 days a week! You can pay your bill in full or use your internet banking to setup regular payments so you can stay in control.

Payment plans and prepaying
Sometimes it's easier to manage your budget by making regular payments, rather than paying all at once. You can set up a regular payment plan a few ways.
(If you want to just pay a bit from time to time, you can do that too: pay online with your credit card, pay via BPAY, or in person at Australia Post or Service Tasmania).
You can use direct debit to make regular payments of any amount you choose - this could pay for your entire bill when it arrives, give you a credit or leave you with just a portion owing. (If you want to arrange to pay any remaining amount on your bill by direct debit, you can do that too.) Read more about the details.
With EasyPay, your energy usage is averaged out over your previous 12 months. By making the same regular payments all year round you will always know the exact amount you need to pay without having to worry about winter bills. Our tip - use EasyPay with Direct Debit so your payments will come out automatically!
If you receive Centrelink payments, you can arrange for an amount to come straight to Aurora out of your benefit before you are paid. So your bill should be a lot smaller when it comes, or there will be nothing further that you need to pay at all!
